🎡 THE DRAW
Spins up a card of showdowns instead of hand-picking them. Pairings are drawn at random from brackets of evenly-matched contenders, judged on each side's average arrivals per working day against their own daily bar — so a Freshman on a bar of 2 can be a fair fight for a Senior on 5, and chat sits on the same scale as calls. Clinic footfall is used as a tiebreak so nobody is drawn against someone with triple the walk-ins. Spin again for a different card.
The form guide is the period the draw judges ability on — set it to last month to seed a new competition before it has any results of its own.
